PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is required at the time a reservation is made. Patrons using our website to make camping/floating reservations should call between 10 am and 2 pm to pay on the day the request is submitted. Our rates include all taxes and fees. Reservations will not be honored if payment has not been received at least 7 days prior to floating/camping date.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover) over the phone or via check by mail which should be mailed to arrive at least 7 days before date of reservation. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks in the store: they are accepted for mail-in payment only. We will contact you with confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to receive refunds for camping/floating, cancellations or reductions in the number of campsites or floating equipment, notification must be made by phone by 2 pm 5 days or more before the date of arrival.
For Example: To cancel a Saturday float or reduce equipment, the phone contact must be made on or before Monday by 2 pm.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LATER THAN THE 5-DAY DEADLINE.
RAINCHECK POLICY
If KC’s deems conditions unsafe for floating due to circumstances beyond our control (ie: flooding or storming), rainchecks will be issued. Rainchecks are valid for one year from the date of issue.
No rainchecks will be issued for camping unless there is a flooding hazard.
FLOATING LIABILITY WAIVER
Each adult floater must sign the liability waiver. To speed up check in please download the following form, complete before arrival, and bring with you the day of your float trip.
